The first-ever Dublin Coffee and Tea Festival begins in the RDS today.
Alison will be joined in studio by Stephen Morrissey, the only Irish person to become World Barista Champion.
He’ll be chatting to Alison about his training (at Bewley's) and how he prepared for the World Championship.
