Imagine a two day convention where chefs and food enthusiasts around the world, come together to listen, talk and network to talk the ‘Future of Food’
Imagine no more, as Food on the Edge is just that! On Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 October, top international chefs and food leaders will come together in the Spiegeltent, Eyre Square, Galway city.
Open to the public, the aim is to challenge our perspective on food and our connection to it. There will be approximately 40 speakers, all chosen for their innovation, passion and influence on today’s food culture.
This year’s theme is the 'Future of Food'. Guest speakers will each present on this topic, in personal and political ways. These talks promise to excite and inspire, to bring you to the point of something new, to take you to the edge.
