Fiona Uyema joined Alison in studio this morning. Fiona, who is originally from Tipperary, moved to Japan when she finished college. She then met, and married, a Brazilian-Japanese man.
Fiona spoke about her love of Japanese culture, food, and ingredients that are easy to find in Ireland!
