It’s a cooking school special on Saturday Breakfast!
Alison will be talking to The Fire House (Cork/Wicklow) about the courses they have on offer, as well as giving places away to some of their baking classes.
She’ll also be chatting to the owner of The Kitchen in the Castle (Howth Castle) about the courses they offer.
Mark Moriarty, the Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year 2013, will be chatting to Alison about Young Chefs of Ireland 2014 - young professional chefs between 18-26 from any background can enter online via www.youngchef.ie. Entry stage of the competition closes on Tuesday, September 30th.
