The Sports Minister says today is a "landmark day" for many as Covid-19 restrictions ease.
Organised indoor events and mass gatherings can resume today with 60% capacity if all adults are fully vaccinated, or have recovered from the virus.
Live music also returns to bars and weddings, while all religious ceremonies can go ahead with 50% capacity.
And the cap on outdoor events rises to 75% - if all adults are immune to Covid.
Minister Jack Chambers says we've entered into the "new normal."
"We're now moving from a phase of regulating to personal responsibility."
The Sports Minister also said people should continue to be cautious, as the reopening continues over the next seven weeks.
