Paul McLoone has all the juicy details for live music fans
The Paul McLoone Show is all about playing great new music alongside the classic acts that are a part of our musical dna at this stage so when we heard about the new music showcase called Eastbound we liked the sound of it!
Aiken promotions have been busy in the depths of winter creating a new music showcase festival which will take over multiple venues across Dublin from May 7th to May 12th. The first acts lined up are really exciting, some of whom are Paul McLoone Show favourites already.
Like Welsh act Gwenno, anyone who saw her at Metropolis last October would know how special this Woman is live.
Gwenno will be playing Eastbound on 11th May.
Whenyoung are doing the business ahead of their debut album release later this year. We love them on the show, they will be playing Whelans as part of Eastbound on 7th May.
Here is the line up so far: The Snuts, Whenyoung, Maisie Peters, Lion, Men I Trust, Wild Front, Boy Azzooga + Hunkpapa, Kara Marni, Gwenno, Rhys Lewis, Steam Down, BILK + Body Type.
