Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares are over - as he's bidding farewell to the hit series after ten years.
He says he won’t be filming any more episodes of the Channel 4 show, after shooting on the next series finishes.
He probably needs to rest his vocal cords. And his blood pressure.
Big Brother bosses are to throw the second girl involved in Wayne Rooney's notorious romp into the house. Jenny Thompson will be sent in to join Helen Wood - despite the two girls now being sworn enemies. Apparently, the former pals have barely exchanged a word since making worldwide headlines over their three-in-a-bed romp with married England striker Rooney.
Their parents must be just so proud.

Two men got into difficulty while swimming in Wexford on Sunday, and Damien Dempsey (who happened to see what was happening) stepped forward, removed his shoes and jumped into the water to tow one of the men to safety, using a blanket of some sort - while the second male swam to the safety of the shore by himself.
Good man Damo!
