Chalk it down!! Another week gone in a jiffy, and if you didn't get the chance to catch all the shows then never fear. We here at the breakfast show understand how hectic mornings can be (you should see us in here), so we have devised the ultimate solution - The Ian Dempsey Best-Of Show podcast. An action-packed 20 minutes to give you the crème de la crème from each of our shows each week. You've got some Gift Grub, interviews and of course - the laughs we have with YOU.

We also have a sneaky little prize that is exclusive to the podcast listener ONLY. This week's reward is a rare piece of cuddly merchandise from a secret source. You'll have to listen well to win this lil fella...

This week, Iano welcomed Lucy "a laugh a minute" Kennedy into studio to tell us all about her favourite (and not so favourite) people from Living With Lucy, her new role as host of Ireland's Got Talent and how she juggles it all so well with motherhood. She brought her 10 month old daughter Jessica (she prefers 'Jess') in with her and our hearts were melted!

Then we had our Milestone Music Moment, a feature on every Tuesday morning's show, where a listener comes on air to tell Ian of a song that really means something to them. This week's story was brought to us by Frances O'Callaghan in Waterford who had U2 to thank for helping her get out of being "stuck in a moment". One of my favourites so far.

If you’ve a story of your own, we’d love to hear all about it on breakfast@todayfm.com, and for coming on air you will receive your own unique memento poster - with all the info, lyrics and meaning of your special story.

With Michael D Higgins having a blast in the southern hemisphere, we sent the Gift Grub crew out to record some audio of his trip, and what they picked up was hilarious. Mistaken identity and no aussies to be seen at all...

And last but not least, was our Monday kickstarter from mother and son duo Tara and Ethan Smith who got the week off to a rocking start!

To listen live, tune into The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show every weekday morning from 7am, and get involved.
