The long weekend is here at last! Rejoice! It was a busy, star-studded week on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show – Dustin the Turkey, author Aoife Dooley, The Coronas and Ireland’s next Hollywood star, Barry Keoghan. If you missed them or any of the other craic, you can sit back, relax and listen to The Ian Dempsey Best-Of Show.
First up was Iano’s old buddy Dustin, who never fails to make us laugh. He was in to tell us all about his brand new tell all book, Wikibeaks. He’s one brazen turkey, that’s for sure.

Christy Moore had a bit of a vent about Irish celebrities (who aren’t actually chefs) bringing out cookbooks. Judging by the reaction, Christy isn’t on his own on this....

Oh and in case we forget, hidden in the podcast each week is the chance to win yourself a nice prize. Iano asks a very simple question, and then all you have to do is send the correct answer to breakfast@todayfm.com before the following Monday, and you'll be in the draw. This is only available to the podcast listener - a "Thank You", if you will.
This week's prize is a copy of this hilarious book by Aoife Dooley, who was also in with us during the week, giving us a heads up on how to spot a pox. We all know one...
Actor Barry Keoghan is starring alongside Colin Farrell and Nicole Kidman in the brand new flick ‘The Killing of a Sacred Deer’. He called in on Thursday morning to tell us about the experience.
Great to meet @BarryKeoghan & to get his name right too! He's some talent.

And finally, Danny, Dave, Knoxy and Conor, better known as The Coronas, called in on Wednesday to perform their new single ‘Give Me A Minute’.
