Sam Smith is only 23, but apparently he’s taking desperate measures to find love as he reportedly splashed out €450 on crystals. According to reports, the singer visited a spiritual healer in L.A and invested in some rose quartz, amongst others that will help him ‘open his heart and receive love’. Cough. Now, I’m no love guru but I’d say step away from the stones mate....plus, he’s only 23.
Well, our wee Daniel may not be the greatest dancer but he’s not bad and he’s managed to survive week one of Strictly Come Dancing! He made it through last night’s eliminations, as sprinter Ivan Thomas got kicked out. In fairness Ivan dancing was like watching a sweeping brush with hair try and dance. But Daniel didn’t too badly at all, dancing The Charleston and scoring a respectable 23 points.
Michael Fassbender had his tongue firmly in his cheek when speaking about preparing for his new role as Steve Jobs on Saturday. When asked how he prepared for the role, Fassbender said ‘he studied Ashton Kutcher’. Kutcher famously starred in the 2013 biopic on Job’s life which wasn’t the hit they hoped and didn’t too well with critics. Something tells us Fassbender’s version might be a little better…
Apparently, there have been ructions down at the judge’s houses stage of X Factor. Well, one judge’s house in particular. Cheryl, who is mentoring the groups, has apparently had a nightmare with air and rail strikes delaying filming and that’s not all. ALL of her groups have had to change their name after copyright issues. Producers and the groups had to put their heads together at the eleventh hour to come up with new names (that weren’t too different than the original names) for all the acts.
