Love/Hate last night – let’s discuss!

Apart from Janet’s knees, Trish’s crying and Detective Moynihan’s wife who couldn’t give a sh*t, there was SO much going on.

Firstly, anyone spot Tom Vaughan-Lawlor’s Dad, Tom Lawlor? He played the priest at the dentist’s funeral. AND Saoirse Ronan’s Dad played the shady character outside the zoo. That scene was hilarious – it was like a load of characters from Sopranos gathered outside...Dublin Zoo. Not inconspicuous at all, lads.

Nidge (or Nudge, as Francis Brennan called him this morning) is in big trouble – nobody needs Headcase Fran after them (as described by Detective Ciaran on the show last night; “You take Nidge, I’ll take Fran. I like Fran, he’s a mad bastard”)

He IS a mad bastard, and he’s morphing into the Joker - a psychopathic mass-murdering schizophrenic clown with zero empathy. Quite.

Blonde Electra and Overload were rightfully booted off X Factor last night. Both acts were brutal, and neither deserved to make it to Live Shows (along with more than half of the others who made it through to next week.)

Lowest number of votes went to Blonde Electra so Overload and Stephanie Nala had to compete in the Sing-Off, which went to deadlock - which basically means that every week til Christmas, it’ll be the public and not the judges who decide who leaves because it ALWAYS goes to deadlock. PREDICTABLE!

And ALSO, if you’re not so bored of this stale, overyhyped show and you’re still reading - Simon Cowell says he's the world's most eligible bachelor now that George Clooney is married. Here is what he'd look like without his tombstone-like teeth:

Hugh Grant has said he has decided not to reprise his role as Daniel Cleaver in the third Bridget Jones adaptation, Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy.

He stated that they’re going to go ahead and make the film without Daniel Cleaver, adding, "The book's excellent, by the way, but the script is completely different – well, the script as I last saw it a few years ago."

Spandau Ballet are bringing Soul Boys of the Western World live to 3Arena on the 3rd of March. Tickets are priced from €49.65 including booking fee & are on sale this Wednesday at 9am from Ticketmaster.
