We all know that Keano has been the backbone, both on and off the pitch, for many's a year now, but one trait we weren't aware of is that he's an avid tea-maker for the squad, "but at the end of the day, somebody's got to make the tea".
Intrigued by this new information, Iano asked Roy to come into studio to tell us about his favourite pastime.
As the two lads chat, a pattern begins to unfold where Roy uses lots of football terminology, and occurrences, to relate to his art of making the perfect brew. Things like all the varieties, "then the foreign influences have come into it the past few years" and how he likes to switch it up, "I generally go from box to box".
The gaffer reveals what teas the Irish team like to sip on, and how Martin O'Neill, "likes his a bit milky".
Seeing as he was in, we asked him to make a cuppa for Ian, and it was more like an episode of Fawlty Towers, "it sounds a bit like the urinal in the Aviva".
The Mad Hatter has nothing on this kid...
