Taste of Dublin 2015 will take place on 11th - 14th June in the beautiful Iveagh Gardens in Dublin.
It is the 10th Anniversary year of Taste of Dublin.
Joining the line up of Michelin star chefs is entrepreneur and Apprentice semi-finalist Roisin Hogan.
You may know Roisin from last years BBC's The Apprentice she was a semi-finalist on the show after bringing her idea of low-fat, no carb noodles to Alan Sugar. These were to be called 'Nudels' but we found out today she is looking for a new name for her company.
Roisin will be doing a Q&A in 'The Skillery by Dairy' section of the festival on Thursday 11th June...
