It's being reported that Robert De Niro has split from his wife Grace Hightower after more than two decades of marriage.
The pair married in 1997 and have two children together. According to reports the couple have been living apart for some time now.
According to People magazine, a source close to the pair said "Sometimes things don't work out the way you hope or want them to."
The couple nearly divorced in 1999 but decided to give their relationship another go.
Neither of them have commented on the reported split as of yet.
