It's not everyday you get someone as refreshing as Paloma Faith on air, but on this morning's show we had the pleasure of her quirkiness to give us a giggle.
With her new album "The Architect" being released on November 17th, Ian wanted to have a chat with the eccentric lady to find out what it's all about.
Paloma gave us some background into her work telling us it's all to do with social issues mixed with mother nature. What if men expressed themselves more? Could this aid in world peace? She's all about humanity and people being a lot more open when it comes feelings.
On becoming pregnant, she then found herself as an architect (of sorts), as she was creating a structure within herself, and found that things had come full circle, "at some point I had two heartbeats and it was nuts.".
The talented singer hinted at a juicy autobiography on the cards (if the price is right), and also revealed an EXCLUSIVE story on how she avenged a horrible partner she once had - and it's amazing!! "I think success is the best revenge".
To finish things off, Ian asked her about the time she handled Angelina Jolie's underwear...yes...you read that correctly. Ian even got a tutorial on how to wash his own...
Paloma plays the 3Arena, Dublin and the SSE Arena, Belfast in March of next year. You can find all the details for those gigs here
