The best selling book trilogy His Dark Materials hits screens this weekend and it is the most expensive show ever made by the BBC. It’s estimated to have cost 58 million to make and it’ll be on BBC1 on Sunday at 8pm. James McAvoy and Ruth Wilson star.
His Dark Materials is written by Philip Pullman and is a retelling of Paradise Lost.
