The first Scream film was an absolute smash hit and the sequel was also widely successful. The third and fourth films were met with mixed reviews but now, Neve Campbell has confirmed that she may reprise her role for a fifth Scream film.
Neve said: "They've come to me and we're having conversations. It's a little hard at the moment because of Covid to know when that'll happen and hopefully we can see eye to eye on all the elements that have to come into place for it to happen.
"I originally had been really apprehensive about doing another Scream without [original director] Wes [Craven] because he was such a genius and he is the reason they are what they are but the directors have come to me with such a great appreciation for Wes's work and they really want to honour it and that meant a lot to me.
Madonna has been criticised for not practising social distancing, having been photographed at a party and hugging a friend.
However, she has now confirmed that she'd tested positive for coronavirus antibodies, having been sick at the end of her tour in Paris back in March.
She has now recovered, saying:
“So tomorrow, I’m just going to go for a long drive in the car… and I’m going to breathe in the COVID-19 air. Yep. I hope the sun is shining.”
