Scarlett Johansson and her journalist fiance Romain Dauriac welcomed a baby girl into the world on Thursday, and reports says she's named her Rose. Awh!
Joan Rivers passed away yesterday, aged 81. Twitter, predictably, became a tirade of grief (bleugh), abuse (even more bleugh) and old footage of her was regurgitated regularly (that was pretty entertaining). I wasn’t a fan but she really was different. Mean, and different. RIP.
Simon Cowell's girlfriend Lauren Silverman and ex-girlfriend Sinitta are at loggerheads - over seating plans. Sinitta has always sat directly behind her close pal during the X Factor live shows - but she has had to give up her VIP spot in favour of Lauren. The change has sparked tension between the two women, after Sinitta made it clear she was not happy to have been downgraded. Downgraded?! She’s been clinging on by her fingertips since the 80’s! Move on!
David Hasselhoff is comparing his upcoming TV comedy series, Hoff the Record, to Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm. He says the semi-fictional show is a "kind of a highlighted version" of his life. The mockumentary stars David as his larger-than-life alter ego The Hoff – and it’ll be shown on Dave in the next few months. You’re no Larry David, Hoff, but we’ll give you a chance.
Also, sorry for using the word mockumentary. There was no need for that.
