Have you been to a concert recently? Was it a sea of people recording the gig on their phone? Admit it, it can be slightly frustrating when you're there to enjoy your favourite band and the person in front of you is filming every second of the concert. But these days, it's almost a given that everyone has their phone out at a gig...
It's shaky, dark, poor quality footage and you wonder will they *ever* watch it again?! But since the dawn of the smartphone, the scourge of people watching a gig through their device has been discussed widely and it does continue to divide concert goers.
BANNED
However, Madonna has decided to take a controversial stand by banning the use of phones and recording equipment at her gigs.
She has teamed with Ticketmaster to make her 'Madame X' world tour a phone free experience. Ticket holders were contacted and told that use of cell phones, smart watches and any recording devices would not be permitted.
The decision has had a mixed reaction with some praising the move and others saying she has gone too far. What do you reckon? Should people live in the moment?!
