Queen of housemates, supermum and presenter extraordinaire, Lucy Kenndy popped into studio today to chat with Iano about the amazing work Childline are doing, and bring us up to speed with her hectic lifestyle.
First of all, let me just say how great this lady is (on all levels) and how beautiful her baby girl Jessica is (I want one!).
With Jess as a gurgling baby sound effect, Lucy started off with the Cheerios Childline Breakfast Together Week, which is very close to heart. Lucy is in total awe of their work as she stressed, "these are our children".
"Living With Lucy" is going from strength to strength, so Ian asked her about a few of the celebrities taking part in the new series. She reckons Davy Fitz was shocked at her straight-up-no-messing attitude but says he was a "lovely man".
She also spills the beans on her experience with Katie Hopkins, tells of the craic she had doing a duet with Dickie "Spit On Me" Rock at dinner, getting dirty with Sarah Harding and how Danniella Westbrook wrecked her buzz, "she was the first person I think I found difficult to live with".
Then, as if she isn't busy enough with all that, Lucy is now the 'host with the most' of Ireland's Got Talent, so it would be rude not to ask for a bitta goss from behind the scenes.
The presenter thinks the series is going to be massive and cannot wait to witness all the randomness, "the weirder the more wonderful". As far as the judges go, it's said Louis Walsh is to have a change of character, Jason Byrne is liable to come out with anything, Denise Van Outen will blow us away with her beauty and Michelle Visage will take no shit! Lucy just wants Michelle to herself though, "I genuinely want her to be my best friend in real life".
Our hearts are warmed, and our jaws sore from the laughter after 'chillin' with Lucy' this morning. Come back soon!!
