Liam Gallagher has a heart, and he’s wearing it on his sleeve in his new single.
“For What It’s Worth” is profoundly conciliatory: “I’m sorry for the hurt, I’ll be the first to say I made my own mistakes.”
Is it about Nicole Appleton, or Noel? Or both?
Unsurprisingly, Liam doesn’t last four minutes without getting a bit defensive: “Let’s not pretend you were ever searching for saints/’Cause I’ve been crucified just for being alive.” That “searching for saints” is a classic unsubtle Gallagher subtext. But it’s a lovely song and it’s nice to see that he feels some sort of shame for cheating.

Taylor Swift gave evidence in court yesterday, after counter-suing a former radio DJ. She was at a meet and greet in 2013 and she alleges he groped her.
Ms Swift complained to KYGO, the station he worked at, and Mr Mueller was subsequently fired.
Mr Mueller then sued Taylor Swift, saying that Ms Swift's allegation cost him his job. She countersued one month later, describing the groping incident as "completely intentional".
He is suing for 3 million dollars, she is counter suing for ONE dollar. They even have the photo and there’s no question in my mind where his hands are. And why? Ew. (PIC: TMZ.com)
