Nobody can deny it - the nil all first leg of the World Cup qualifier over in Copenhagen at the weekend was as dull as watching paint dry on a dreary Winter's day.
The things about point of views is that everyone has one, and one person's perspective can be a polar opposite to someone else's. The match on Saturday was a prime example of this.
It really has split the nation, with one half feeling that Martin O'Neill did the job, and brings a solid draw to the Aviva, where the other half (I'm in this bracket) feel that although the tactics worked, Ireland need to adopt a more attacking style of football, and need way more creativity and depth in the squad, if we are to move forward.
Iano gave heroes of the game, Eamon Dunphy and Steve Staunton a buzz, to get their opinions on what was, and what will be.
Eamon shoots straight in with total disgust saying things like, "this was disgraceful", "this was abject rubbish" and that they showed "a lack of ambition and imagination". Whereas "Stan" had a much more positive outlook and felt that the Irish team were masterful, "this was the most beautiful display of football I've ever seen".
Dunphy then highlights the fact that we need to score if we want to win, but Steve comes up with an absolutely bizarre penalty shoot-out scenario that will leave you bewildered.
Robbie Keane gives a quick call with a simple message for the boys in green...
