This morning according to the London Times, researchers have found that there is a formula for happiness! It includes earning 80K a year, living in a 4-bed house worth 445K, working 27 hours a week, having 2 children - and living no more than 45 minutes from work.
It got us wondering what other people thought happiness was, so we asked the listeners of the Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show what made them happy. It became apparent to us that we have a few different categories of listeners of the Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show - have a read below!

My secret to happiness is to snuggle up to my wife Valeria for a few mins every morning no matter how late we're running! It's my kick start to the day!
Hi Ian way to pronounce Valeria is like Maleria with a Val instead of Mal (and sorry Paula but we were married 26!) :) Happiness 4 V will be Ed tickets Thursday! (also could be filed under The Chancer)
The Eternal Optimist:
Happiness is waking up and realising there’s NO WORK TODAY! Woo!
The Deep Thinker:
The secret to happiness is not wanting the earth. Be happy with what you have.
Happiness isn't materialism, it's how you perceive the world, your actions to others and how nice and positive you are, about valuing what you have! That study is crap!
Happiness is not having everything you want, but wanting everything you have.
The Chancer:
