Jason Derulo (hands up who sang that? Any hands down = liars) launched his video for Want To Want Me on Tinder.
He released a statement to say he wanted a "unique" way to premiere his video, and sees Tinder as one of the "fastest rising social networking apps".

IMMEDIATE swipe left for spammage, Jason, soz.

A plaque dedicated to the birth of Sharon Rabbitte/Curley’s baby in Roddy Doyle’s hit novel The Snapper was unveiled at The Rotunda Hospital today. The Barrytown Trilogy including The Snapper, The Van & The Commitments has been chosen as the ‘2015 Dublin One City One Book’ choice by Dublin City Council.

(The surname of the Rabbitte family in the book had to be changed to Curley as 20th Century Fox owns the rights to the Rabbitte name from The Commitments (1991), which featured the same characters)

A good sized plaque, all the same.

An SAT test-prep book (think Leaving Cert Past Papers) misquoted one of Taylor Swift’s lyrics from her 2009 hit, Fifteen. The Princeton Review made a mistake when it said: 'Somebody tells you they love you, you got to believe 'em.' As it turns out, the proper line from Fifteen is: 'Somebody tells you they love you, you're gonna believe them.'

Taylor herself quickly stumbled upon this crime against pop music.

'Not the right lyrics at all pssshhhh,' she said. 'You had one job, test people. One job.'

Taylor didn't stop there but instead tagged her response with a rather long and pointed message: '#ACCUSE ME OF ANYTHING BUT DO NOT ATTACK MY GRAMMAR.'

Neenaw!

Ireland’s Eurovision hopeful Molly Sterling has been given a “kiss of death position” in the semi finals. Contest producers have placed Ireland second in the running order.. (No act performing second has ever won Eurovision. It also has a poor record for acts trying to qualify in the semi finals.

Nothing to do with Ireland not having a bleedin’ hope in recent years then. Until now. Come on Molly!
