Emmerdale won all of the prizes at last night’s TV Choice Awards in the UK!
Well, they won all four of the prizes available for soaps, meaning EastEnders, Coronation Street and Hollyoaks left empty handed this year.
They won Best Soap, Best Actress, Best Actor and Best Newcomer
Broadchurch picked up three awards, including best drama, and best actor and actress for lead pair David Tennant and Olivia Colman.
Mary Berry was honoured for outstanding contribution to television.
Strictly Come Dancing was named best talent show, while I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! was named best reality series.
Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway scooped the prize for best entertainment show.
Rory Cowen, ex-Mrs Brown’s Boys actor, has said there is no way he’ll ever do Dancing With The Stars in Ireland because it’s a big massive fix. Well, not so much a fix than a sure-thing that if there’s a GAA player in there, they’ll win, no matter what their dancing ability. And that’s why he turned it down!
