Are you a fan of Sade? In fairness to her, she makes beautiful music. Apparently Drake is a big fan too. Such a big fan that he went and got quite a sizable tattoo of her face on his ribs! The tattoo artist who did it for him posted a picture of the ink on Instagram last night and it’s a big black and white portrait signed ‘With Love, Sade’.

Reese Witherspoon is over the moon after discovering that she is Irish! She did one a genealogy test and was delighted to discover that she is in fact 63% Irish. Her parents always thought they had Scottish and Welsh roots but no, she’s one of us. She says it all makes sense now and she fits all the stereotypes –she’s a good drinker, she loves St Patrick’s Day and thinks potatoes are delicious. Delighted to have her on board.

There’s a lot of hype around Harry Styles’ solo offering. It looks like he’s trying to shed his boyband image and insiders say it sounds a lot like David Bowie and Queen (which is always good!) He’s been working with Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid and it’s been produced by Jeff Bhasker who has worked with Kanye and The Rolling Stones and we won’t have to wait long. It’s looking like the lead single could be out as early as May.

And.....I’m delighted about this. Damo Dempsey is back! He’s been busy working on a new album called Soulson which will be released on the 26th of May 2017. It’s been called his most exciting work to date and the man himself says that these are songs of hope and redemption. We’ve had an exclusive on the first release - the title track ‘SoulSon’ this morning. I had a listen this morning and I loved it, I can imagine how powerful it’ll be played live.
