Hi Ian, I have type 1 diabetes and suffer from anxiety so I worry A LOT. I kinda have to unfortunately because everyday is a challenge but I totally agree that you need to live in the present as much as you can but sometimes that's hard. The best thing I have found is to not expect too much of yourself or others. That has halved my worries! Claire
