We give out about it on a daily basis, in fact, it's probably the most discussed subject in the whole of Ireland - yes, of course, we're talking about "The Irish Weather" #alltheseasonsinoneday
Daniel O'Donnell called in this morning, and instead of giving us his usual TV guide highlights, he focused on one show, and one subject.
It has come to his attention that as a part of Science Week, RTÉ are to air a three-day live television event called Weather Live. A programme solely dedicated to the elements in Ireland.
In fairness, it is the ultimate conversation starter and awkward silence filler, but you do get sick of it after a while. Wee Daniel cannot believe they're making x3 one hour shows out of it, and wonders what they'll try next, "next week Marty Whelan putting bins out live", or watching "Ray D'Arcy bleed his own radiators".
We sure there's a lot more to it Danny boy, and that your judgement may be clouded, but no harm to rain on their parade...
