However, people must really love watching dancing as Ireland's Got Talent crowned Cork dancers RDC their winners on Saturday night. Two other dance acts, Xquisite and FKFT, were the runners-up in Saturday night's final, which was decided solely by the public vote.
Speaking of dancing - Simon Cowell's entertainment company is to produce a new talent series for the BBC – called The Greatest Dancer.
The corporation's announced its first-ever partnership with the producers of ITV's flagship Saturday night shows, The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent.
The show will see dancers from across all genres compete to try and be named the best in the UK.
