We read in the paper last week that 'Duffer' has found dealing with pushy parents one of the biggest challenges since taking up his first managerial position at Shamrock Rovers.
To get some background into this, Iano gave the former Ireland winger a call to hear what it's actually like.
He's loving his new role and reckons, "most the parents are great" and just want what's best for the kids - but shows what he really thinks when 'Mr.Howard treads on his toes.
