Jamie Oliver has employed a night nanny to cope with the lack of sleep. He says he and his wife Jools “got battered for 5 weeks” after the birth of their new baby boy, River Rocket. He said he was trying to help and do the night feeds and then do a day’s work after and he said the sleep deprivation is the most incredible form of torture.
