Me little stottie was left terrified when she came face-to-face with a potentially dangerous blacktip reef shark while snorkelling in the crystal clear waters. This story is in no way sensationalised, I promise. Cough.

While Cheryl was startled, her new fella JB saw the funny side and later took to his social media account to share a picture of them in the water, which he captioned: ''Ever heard a Geordie scream, "It's a f*****k shark?"'

Shark would have been starving if he had eaten her.

Tom Petty and the ELO's Jeff Lynne have been awarded Sam Smith royalties.

They each received a 12.5% writing credit for Smith's breakthrough hit Stay With Me

As well as the financial implications, Petty and Lynne have now been officially recognised as co-writers of Stay With Me. Because it’s the SAME SONG.

And speaking of Sam – he’s having a bit of a tough time of it recently because Howard Stern took to his radio show to make some biting comments about him.

Howard said: 'I like that he's chubby and gay. That's why I love him. He's one of those guys I feel like, he's really good but I feel like that will be his only hit song.

'That's how good that song is. He's fat and he's gay and little girls worship him. That's when you know you have a good song and you have a good voice.'

Sam wrote to his 1.62m followers on Twitter: 'Can't believe what I've just read.'

Meghan Trainor reveals she's yet to make any money from her hit song All About That Bass.

Despite it becoming an international hit, she's yet to get any financial return.

But Meghan admits she's hoping to receive a massive cheque in April, which she's due nine months on from All About That Bass' release.
