This morning, we got a text into the Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show from someone who was on their way to New York, and Ian mentioned that one of his favourite sounds in the world was when you get out of a taxi in New York and you just hear the buzz of the city. It got us talking about what our favourite sounds were – a baby laughing, a nice bottle of wine being popped, a fire crackling...
