Conor McGregor was photographed with his pregnant girlfriend Dee Devlin, driving around in Dublin yesterday – the photos are all in the papers today and if he’s listening, he may not realise but his car tax is out by 2 months.
Apparently Republic of Telly is next in line for the chopping block at RTE, in a bid to cut costs. Insiders (bigmouths?!) claim that the last episode of the current series which aired last night will be the final one ever. However, an RTE spokesperson has said that no decision has been made.
If they are to axe it, it’s the one of the easier ones to do because many people working on it re freelance writers and actors (according to The Irish Sun).
X Factor has created a Honey Monster, according to the Mirror today. Apparently Honey G is demanding a record deal, and her own security team. They’re having talks to give her a short-term contract to cash in on her fame – and she’s right to demand it. The window is so small – next year there’ll be a new novelty act and she’ll be forgotten about, so I’m glad she’s knocking on doors and so what if she’s being assertive? Good on her.
Prince’s Paisley Park Complex will host a 4-day celebration of his life next April. It’s called Celebration 2017, and it’ll be on from 20-23rd April which is exactly a year after his death.
