In our latest trip to primary schools across the country, Shauna O’Reilly from the Breakfast Show crew went to meet the 4th class students from Timahoe NS in Laois.
Given that the whole country has been talking about Tuesday’s match in great detail over the last number of days, Shauna asked the children if they’d ever like to manage the Irish football team and if they had any advice to offer the lads.
This week, we heard about Stevie the robot, developed by Irish scientists to help elderly people who live alone. We asked the kids if they liked the idea of robots and if they could build their own, what they’d train them to do.
Thanks to Caoimhe, Sandra, Andrew, Karen, Oscar, David, Barry, John, Maebh, Maggie, Ava, Julia, Alison, Jack, Eoin, Aoife, Ronan, Alisha, Barry, Grace and Seamus for being so chatty and to their teacher Ms O’Connell, vice principal Ms. Mulhall and principal Ms. Bergin for welcoming Shauna.
