In our latest trip to primary schools across the country, we sent Shauna O’Reilly from the Breakfast Show crew to meet the kids from The Model School in Kilkenny.
It’s World Book Day and schools all around the country will be celebrating today. We asked the third class students in The Model School if they could write a book, what kind of book would it be, what would it be about and most importantly, what they would call it. Some very creative ideas here….
We also asked them about Lent – what does it all mean, why do people give something up and more importantly, if they were going to be giving anything up themselves?
