In our latest trip to primary schools across the country, Shauna O’Reilly from the Breakfast Show crew headed off to meet the kids from 4th class in Scoil Bhríde Girls School, in Clane, Co. Kildare.
Last week, we were talking about the (rather ageist) survey which claimed that hoodies should not be worn by anyone over the age of 27. Shauna asked the girls in Scoil Bhríde their opinions on that and if there was anything else they felt adults shouldn’t wear....
Chef Neven Maguire has been very vocal about his wish for obligatory cooking classes to be introduced in Irish schools and it got us thinking. Should Home Economics be brought in as a subject for younger children?
