In our latest trip to primary schools across the country, Shauna O’Reilly from the Breakfast Show crew headed off to meet the kids from Carlow National School in Carlow. Shauna spoke to Lorcan, Joy, Lulu, Ciara, Daniel, Aaron, Jamie, Ethan, Jessica, Kevin, Shada, Emma, Jakub, Lars, Ava, Noah, Caoimhe, Ben, Caleb, Millie and Shanagh.
Now that the Croke Park gig has been given the green light, she wanted to see if the children of Ireland were familiar with the Rolling Stones and their music. It turns out that Mick and the lads have a bit of work to do on their marketing.....
How cute is that?@IanDempsey loved that piece with the kids - how right were they about the Rolling Stones 😂😂#auldlads #fromthemouthofbabes

Shauna isn't a cruel person by nature but she did play a little trick on the children. She told them that an anti-chocolate politician was lobbying to ban Easter eggs and make them completely illegal. Well, they weren't happy campers, that's for sure. Have a listen to their reactions...
Thank you to Mrs Hazel Smyth, the deputy principal and all the students at Carlow National School for being so kind and welcoming.
If you'd like Shauna to come and visit your school, email us now on breakfast@todayfm.com!
