Together they’ve created some of the best comedy ever but it looks like they’ve come to the end of the road. Ricky is flying solo with the David Brent movie out next year – and Stephen Merchant has no involvement with it at all. They haven’t worked together since Life’s Too Short ended in 2013, and more tellingly - they also don’t follow each other on Twitter any more. Boo! Will AP McCoy be swapping the silks for sequins.?BBC chiefs are allegedly making it their mission to get him for Strictly Come Dancing – and while he previously said earlier this year that he would never do it, maybe he’s getting a bit bored of retirement?! He played Les Battersby for 10 years, and he’s now in a new TV show which documents celebrities who have been reduced to surviving on state handouts.
