South Africa have eased into the quarter-finals at the Rugby World Cup with an emphatic 66-7 victory over Canada in Kobe.
The Springboks scored ten tries with scrum-half Cobus Reinach scoring three of them in the opening 20-minutes, the fastest hat-trick in the history of the tournament.
Damian de Allende, S'busiso Nkosi, Warrick Gelant, Frans Steyn, Schalk Brits, Damian Willemse and Frans Malherbe also scored tries with Elton Jantjies adding 16-points with his boot.
Canada's Josh Larsen was sent off for a shoulder charge into the head of Thomas Du Toit in the opening-half.
"The big thing is we have to see who we are going to play now in the quarter-final and we will only know that by Sunday. We will give the guys two days off and then Friday we will be back on the horse again," former Munster and now South Africa head-coach Rassie Erasmus said of the win on ITV.
"There is some stiff opposition but I think we have got a good chance, like everybody else. There are so many good teams in this tournament but, yes, I think we have got a chance.
"Obviously it was a short turnaround for the guys and there were a lot of guys that hadn't played for a while, so it was scrappy at stages, but I can't moan about that.
"Obviously they got a red card and that made it a bit easier for us, but overall not too bad.
"In this humidity sometimes you over-exaggerate the play but I thought we kept things fairly simple tonight, which was a good thing."
