The FA will take no action against Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or defender Luke Shaw over their comments following their Premier League game with Chelsea yesterday.
Shaw claimed that the referee said he didn't give United a penalty as it would cause controversy.
Meanwhile, Solskjaer said officials were being swayed by "outside influences".
But neither will face any sanctions.
Referee Stuart Atwell reviewed a potential handball in the Chelsea box by Callum Hudson-Odoi, but decided against awarding a spot-kick.
An aggrieved Solskjaer revealed himself to be an avid reader of the Chelsea website, saying, "When they stop it and [Attwell] walks across. From here you can see it’s [a] handball, they’re shouting handball against our player.
"It’s taken two points away from us.
"I can’t say, because that’s not gonna be good for him. I didn’t say it, i don’t want to cause controversy. It’s not right is it.
"It’s all this outside influences, VAR talk before the game on Harry, cheeky when they put that on the website. That’s influencing referees.
"You can read what they’re saying about Harry Maguire and putting pressure on referees to give penalties against us.
"We’ve seen there was a manager, was it Frank [Lampard], that started it. Loads of talk about us getting penalties when there’s no doubt, and of course today we should’ve had a penalty."

Solskjaer was referencing comments made by then-Chelsea manager Lampard ahead of July's FA Cup semi-final meeting of the sides.
While after a defeat to Southampton in January, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said, United "had more penalties in two years than I had in five-and-a-half years".
Speaking after Sunday's goalless draw at Stamford Bridge, Shaw said, "H [Harry Maguire] said they got told it was a pen, he [Atwell] got told it was a pen by VAR. So I’m not sure what’s gone on.
"I don’t understand why he’s stopped, if he’s stopped you would think he’s going to give a pen because we had the ball, we were attacking."
