At the age of 28, Rob Kearney will start his 7th Six Nations Championship campaign, when the Irish Rugby team kick off against Italy in Rome.
With Ireland missing the likes of Johnny Sexton, Jamie Heaslip and Cian Healy today, the Lions full back's experience could be vital.
Kearney may have a point to prove having been part of the team that suffered that horrendous defeat at the Stadio Olympico 2 years ago, Ireland first to Italy in the history of the tournament.
And having allowed Leonardo Sarto to slip by him to score when the sides met in Dublin last year.
So Kearney is well aware of the threat the Italian side pose, and says that Ireland can't afford to take any for granted.
