Rory McIlroy has confirmed that he'll tee it up at next month's CJ Cup and Zozo Championship ahead of The Masters in Augusta.
Following the CJ Cup's move from Korea to Shadow Creek, McIlroy will join the rest of the world's top-five players in the field - with Justin Thomas set to defend his title in Las Vegas.
"I'm looking forward to playing in The CJ Cup at Shadow Creek in October," McIlroy announced. "I've watched how the tournament has become a success over the past few years and it'll be exciting to have the opportunity to compete in it for the first time.
"I had a great time at the inaugural Zozo Championship and will be hoping to build on last year's success when we play at Sherwood. I'll miss playing in Japan this year but hopefully, we'll get to return soon."
15-time major winner Tiger Woods will defend his Zozo Championship crown in California, where last year's runner-up Hideki Matsuyama and former Irish Open champion Jon Rahm are also part of the field.
23-time winner Dustin Johnson will be playing the event at his home club and he's expecting an excellent tournament.
"It's a really good golf course and should be a great venue. I have played countless rounds there and love the golf course, so I'm really looking forward to the tournament.
