Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says his players' "energy levels are down and they need the break" after they drew 0-0 with Wolves in the Premier League this afternoon at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils sit in sixth position in the Premier League after the result and six points off Chelsea who sit in the top-four.
“It was a game as you expected really," said Solskjaer afterwards to Sky Sports. "We dominated the game, had loads of possession, they gave us problems on counter-attacks and set plays.
"It was frustrating. We controlled the game."

“We’ve played so many games in the past few months the players are down to the barebones, Energy levels are down and they need a break."
New signing Bruno Fernandes played 90 minutes for Manchester United. The Portugal international joined the Red Devils for around €55 million plus add-ons
“We got Bruno deeper on the ball for us. I felt we controlled the first half as well.
“In the second half, we threatened a little bit more. I feel the ground staff must have moved the goal slightly to the right!

“Bruno is a top player. It’s the first game. First half everyone was getting the ball into feet and Bruno is one of those who, when he gets into feet, he wants players moving in front of him and we didn’t.
“He’ll be a top addition.”
Following the winter break, Manchester United take on Chelsea in the Premier League on February 17th.
