Did you watch Manchester City looking to avoid defeat in their Champions League second leg against Barcelona? In the end the Mancunians failed to pull off the win they needed and ended up exiting 3-1 on aggregate after losing 1-0 on the night. The story of the evening though was more about the magic of Lionel Messi who made lads on 250K a week (sterling) look like junior soccer players.
In case you don't believe me have a look at this:
In Ireland we have been blessed with some great sports stars. Katie Taylor, Paul O'Connell and Henry Shefflin
to name but a few. In the words of the great Jimmy Magee (speaking about another Argentinian) this Messi lad is 'different class'. His performance against Man City should also settle an ongoing debate - Is the Premier League the greatest in the world?
In Ireland we can appreciate his skills anyway as evidenced by this tweet from Rory Julian.

Next time there's a match on the box featuring Messi - watch it or Sky Plus it!
