Monaco have completed the signing of Sevilla striker Wissam Ben Yedder, after paying the French international's €40-million release clause.
The 29-year-old, who was strongly linked with Manchester United this summer, returns to Ligue 1 after three seasons with Sevilla, where he scored 70 goals in 138 games.
Ben Yedder's signed a five-year contract at the with the Principality side and says he's delighted to move back to France.

Monaco midfielder Rony Lopes has moved in the opposite direction with Sevilla paying €20-million for his services.
