Leeds United have announced the signing of defender Junior Firpo from Barcelona on a four-year deal.
The 24-year-old left-back moves Elland Road for an undisclosed fee to become Leeds’ third signing of the summer transfer window.
Firpo completed his medical after a period of quarantine and he has already trained with Marcelo Bielsa's squad.
Leeds beat off competition from a number of clubs around Europe to secure the services of the former Spain Under-21 international.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Firpo moved to Spain at a young age and made his breakthrough at Real Betis after starting his first La Liga game for them in February 2018.
Firpo was called into the Spain Under-21 squad and was part of their 2019 European Under-21 Championship winning team.
A move to Barcelona that summer followed, and he played 41 times for Barca over the past two seasons.
The club confirmed yesterday that Firpo's predecessor at left-back, Gjanni Alioski, will not be signing a new contract at Elland Road.
