So once again the name of Jack Grealish was the hot topic at a Martin O'Neill press conference. The Republic of Ireland manager was in town to announce his squad for the friendly international against England at the Aviva Stadium on Sunday June 7th and the Euro qualifier versus Scotland 6 days later.
Grealish is not in the squad and the Aston Villa midfielder has told Martin O'Neill that he's not ready to make a decision on his international future. O'Neill has spoken to the 19 year old and his father, but Grealish says he wants to finish off the season with Villa.
O'Neill was asked why Grealish didn't accept a place in the squad, why the change of heart in wanting to select him and does he think England manager Roy Hodgson will be in touch with the Villa midfielder:
Brentford midfielder Alan Judge and Aberdeen striker Adam Rooney have been included in the 33 man provisional squad.
Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter is the other uncapped player in the squad which will be reduced on the 1st of June.
Darron Gibson and Ciaran Clark have both been ruled out through injury but Robbie Keane is included despite concerns over a groin problem.
