George Ford will start on the bench for England's Autumn Nations Cup match against Ireland at Twickenham on Saturday.
Ford missed the recent wins over Italy and Georgia due to an Achilles injury but Eddie Jones has opted against starting him this weekend.
Owen Farrell continues at out-half in an unchanged backline from last week's 40-0 win over Georgia.
All five changes come in the pack with Mako Vunipola and Kyle Sinckler coming into the front row.
Tom Curry and Sam Underhill will start in the backrow so Maro Itoje switches from number 6 to the second row.
Andy Farrell named his Ireland team on Wednesday for the trip to Twickenham.
