The new League of Ireland season may have already kicked off but some managers still haven't finalised their squads. Dundalk manager Stephen Kenny has brought in striker Marco Tagbajumi on a free transfer. The 29-year-old Nigerian-born striker has played in Portugal, Cyprus and Thailand. Tagbajumi's most recent stint came in Norway where he won the Norwegian Cup with Lillestrom last December. Dundalk go to Tallaght Stadium this Friday to face Shamrock Rovers with both clubs looking to pick up a first league win of the season.

Sligo Rovers have signed Patrick McClean from Waterford on a two year deal. The 21-year old, brother of Republic of Ireland international James, started his League of Ireland career at his hometown club Derry City before his move to Waterford.
McClean said: "I’m delighted to finally be here. It has taken some time to get everything signed off. I was at the game on Saturday. There was a great crowd there, over 3,000 which is brilliant for a League of Ireland side. I was treated so well and the people couldn’t do enough.
